There was a guy a while back that was taking the MI lottery to court regarding the dally 3 and daily 4 drawings, not sure what happen to the law suit.. But I believe there has to be some type of public records regarding the mater etc.. The 3 and 4 digit dally draws do not follow the usual patterns of probability math etc..

The casino should simply compensate her. While I'm not certain of the specific laws, it's widely known that casinos have a reputation for their actions, even under surveillance. Should this matter proceed to court, it would likely reflect poorly on the casino. Then if she does make out ok with a lawyer, the lawyer is laughing to the bank anyway.
