Inside the biggest lottery scam ever
Former MUSL employee denies rigging Hot Lotto drawing It was two days before Christmas in 2010 and Eddie Tipton had a $16.5 million lottery winner in his pocket. Sporting a hooded jacket, the stocky 47-year-old approached a silver-haired clerk at the counter of an Iowa-based Quik Trip market at around 3:30 p.m., stacking on the counter $3.17 worth of hot dogs, a fountain soda and two tickets. But Tipton didn't need Lady Luck. The Quik Trip purchase was phase two of a crafty plan to take

NY lottery retailer won 16 times in 2 years
A Bronx businessman who has won more big lottery prizes than any other New Yorker doesn't have to go far to buy tickets he owns a store that sells them. Armand Paganelli scored an astounding 16 winning tickets in 2013 and 2014, amassing a tidy $625,000 in jackpots. One was $250,000; the others were $25,000 apiece. new NY $10 3 million supercash tickets? horrible experience today...what should i do?
omg.. how many tickets on your $10 rolls? I'm sick for you. I'd leave that bad experience behind you. I would not be surprised if someone came in after you and got a good one. I always suspected after winning $100 $500 or $1,000 on a ticket that the rest were going to be junk. I like buying one from multiple places and can't understand buying 21 at one store, I'd need to knock my head against the wall. Oh well everyone has their way to play so be it. IF someone came

Scratch-Off Tickets bought by the pack/roll
Buying by the roll has never seemed to be a good idea. I tried it once on $1 scratchers and from the others that have posted the results, I've noticed that the positions of winners and their prize amounts makes it impossible to profit even if you only bought within the areas of the concentrated winners. One thing I've tried (with mixed results) is the Build your own roll by buying the same game from several different locations. Have not spent $600+ at one time because it just seems too e

The PA Neon 9's might have a few winners in them. I bought 6 tickets in five different places Saturday. Can't remember the the ticket numbers but they went like this. First store, from counter, $100 winner, (a symbol and a $10 number match) one from machine, $10 winner Next stop, one from machine, $50 winner (Five 9's) one from counter $10 winner Third stop, one from counter, $50 winner(Five 9's) one from machine, $10 winner $60 out...$230 in...$170 winners The

Pennsylvania Lottery game development: Little left to chance
Standing at the vending machine or counter display, it's hard to tell which instant lottery game is the hot ticket to buy. But to the Pennsylvania Lottery officials, every game in the display is considered hot or it wouldn't be there. Every one of the 50 to 54 instant lottery games introduced each year receives an abundance of forethought from how it looks, how it's played and how it will be received by players. We can't afford a so-so game, said Drew Svitko, the lottery's deputy execu

Also not a scratch ticket result but a good one just the same. Atlantic City trip this week. Monday thru yesterday. Stayed at the Atlantic Club. The old Hilton. This place has gone back to the way it used to be. BEFORE all the other states opened their own casinos and cut into AC's revenue. We have been going to casinos for over 20 years and saw first hand the great times you used to have and the lousy trips of the past few years. All due to the big corp takeovers of the gaming industry. C

Agreed. And great advice. I'll back it up by saying don't get reeled into feeding a machine $20 after $20... go to different stores if you feel like spending some money. I'd rather put $100 in 5 different stores and try and get a one out than put it all in one slot. Personally, I can't play like that because I just won't let me lol...I've had too many one outs to begin playing a pack, one by one, in an IVM or at the counter. Agreed also with your statement Lucki about STOPPING...a

Some new results on some old techniques.
First, here's these. My 8-3-4 ticket for the 5th evening 9-8-3 that was drawn here I played. Hadn't played since my last tickets I put on here. Fuzzy, but there. Then tonights pick 4 here. We had 7-4-9-2. And I played this. Fuzz to, but it says 8-4-7-3. And why below. Circled is what happened with the 4 draw. I actually went vertical looking for what to play on the 4, but should have went horizontal. I knew the 7 and 4 was coming with this. I didn't play the 3 draw. Just the 4 t
