That would be our vein health and Fluff recommends a low-fat diet rich in vegetables, salads, kiwi, oranges, bananas, onions, beets, orange vegetables. DO NOT CONSUME ANY SODA type drinks but Body armor and Gatorade are good expecially for the summer. The first drink mentioned comes in a good plastic bottle healthy to drink out of and the ingredients are great! The second helps with dehydration and make sure you stay hydrated in the summer months. Fluff does Nitric-Oxide therapy by taking nitric-oxide boosters like Redwood supplement, L-Citrulinne amino acid, beets and beet supplements like that. Inexpensive vitamins like B-6, B-12 and the whole b-complex can provide health benefits. These supplements will boost energy and have assisted me in  controling my blood pressure.      So here in NY we are waiting for a SNOW STORM! On tuesday it is going to start snowing and we may have a FOOR AND A HALF OF SNOW BY WED AFTERNOON! A snow plow man I spoke with said this is likely the last time we will have to play with the snow. After the 20th of March it is getting really warm during the day so that will be the end of the snow. March 21 in the SPRING EQUINOX and marks the beginning of SPRING!      As always there is a lot to think about in life. Don was pondering what has happened to retail since the 1990's up to present. I liked the retail stores here in NY in the 80's like K-Mart, service Merchandise, Radio Shack and for an older 70's Store TWO GUYS here in Schenectady. I collect retail memoribilia and have some items from these stores in my collection. There is a mall down near my home called Viaport and it is a shell of what is was when it opened in the 1982 or so. Commercial renters are coming in like NYS and there are not a lot of stores left in there mostly small privately owned stores. However there is an AQUARIUM that has big fish in there so we have a MAJOR ATTRACTION THERE some restaurants and entertainment areas. But I think we have lost a lot since most of the stores went out in terms of socializing, meeting people, jobs available and like that. There were some pretty nice jobs abailable back then to work in small retail stores that were interesting if that was your hobby interest and fun to work at. I think most older folks miss the feel of the mall being a shopping mall. People put way too much emphasis today at staring at a computer screen rather that speaking with each other. I find it insulting couples are on their computers instead of looking at each other. WE have lost a lot.

     Well is is a warm day here in upstate NY Schenectady where fluff lives. This winter feels a lot like spring with the exception of those couple of days. We did have two days of zero DEGREE WEATHER AND WITH THE WIND CHILL IT WAS SUBZERO, ARTIC-LIKE. A lot of days are warm enough to work on your car or do some outside activities that is in the warm part of the day. As always fluff recommends a good diet of food which includes fruits, vegetables and non-processed foods. In there market there is a piece of fish, Kiwis, oranges, salad material with some nice toppings of fruit and nuts. Do not waste your money on things like soda, candy and junk which has no nutritional value. Good supplements can go a long way towards good health. A serving or more of blueberries, strawberries and raisan bran type cereal can be a great desert in the evening or anytime. People may criticize Fluff about the supplements he takes but fluff has two relatives and one is two years younger and one is two years older and they are both close to legally blind and both have had cataracts. Fluff has had none of this. Your daily regime should include calisthenics like jumping jacks, toe-touches and stretching, all kinds of push-ups and some exercises with weights, long walks greater than 35 minutes and of course your mental relaxation, meditation and prayer. Your calisthenics only take 5 or 10 minutes to start and Fluff makes sure he does 100 jumping jacks per days and minimums on the other exerciese. If you want to buy a curl bar and some weights there is time to tone up your arms for summer.  As always let us be happy, carefree and innocent like children and let us ALL look up at the sun and feel it's warmth and let us all be carefree, innocent children in the sun!

     Hey Fluffy9999 here! Ok so Fluffy is having a good month here on Lottery Post with his Pick 4 Prize Ratio at 185% and an overall percent of 75! Days System Plays today are 2280,623,333,777,222 like that! A while ago Fluff saw 9000 come out which was A Days System play for friday for NY and that is just where it hit! So a Combo bet on this one would have netted you a 2500 dollar straight hit only playing one day! For NY 222 is out a long time and the only days this number has ever come in for NY in the last seven years is Wednesday and once on sunday. So Days System calls for 222 for wed, the pairs and the whole rack 220,221,222 if you like! For a while these twos were coming outin NY on friday and thurs also so if you want you could play 222 wed to friday!      So for Don 1974 was that special year and it keeps getting farther away. Life was pretty interesting back then and you could have a really good time. Demographics in my home area were different then and social customs were different. Schenectady is an interesting area where there are always a lot of folks fixing machinery and a lot of interest in off-road motorcycles. Don recently restored his 1974 Honday Tl-125 and rides it regulary on his property. It does give you a good workout and it is designed to be ridden standing up and for making tight turns and hills. So if you have a small lot and like to ride in a very small area this bike can be a lot of fun! You can literally ride in small tight circles in you driveway and get some good practice. Now some folks have this bike set up street legal with the lighting and brake light. So the Honday Tl-125 has always been a versatile and loved motorcycle, dependable and fun to ride for anyoe!. And you could even compete in Trials or Enduro with it as I did. Today it would be considered a Vintage Class motorcycle for those Vintage Trials Events!

Fluff is interested in stopping for a bite to eat, talking to people and walking around the city, country and all over to look around and experience. Fluff would like to sit out there in Laramie, Wyoming and listen to the wind blow across the plains. There was an advertising campaign years ago that mentioned :Somewhere west of Laramie" that conjured up nice, pleasant thoughts of the Great Plains. But all in all we as human beings have to get better at getting along with each other, with animals, and conquering evil and liberating oppressed people.  What a wonderful world it will be when all of this is done.      Our state of mind is necessarily important to us and everyone around us. Radiating peace, happiness and strength makes for an extraordinary person! Occasionally Fluff  comes across this radiant, happy man or woman that is sending out those positive, pleasant vibes and wonders why all of us cannot have that.       Fluff has had some nice Christmas celebrations in the past and has had some great times but socially life has gone steadily downhill since about 2000. The late seventies were great as well as the eighties and nineties! Yeah fluff had some great times. But in the early seventies Fluff had a lot of family and really felt good about all of this and life in general. Fluff's parents made Christmas great with lots of great gifts many of which he still has. Right now fluff has nearly noone to share his days with or do anything with on a regular basis. And if that is the case for you then you should not really feel bad at all. Fluff has the time to pray and pursue his other activities and certainly has enough to do on a daily basis. Fluff did find out a close relative has a serious health issue and this was tough to deal with. So Fluff has his prayer work cut out for him. But if you are having really good DAYS then Fluff is happy for you! Fluff had his time in the sun and had a lot of interesting times. Fluff enjoys being outside and being in the sun. The sky, animals, trees sun and moon are always there for him. So let us be joyous, innocent and carefree and let us look up at the sun and feel its' warmth and let us all be CHILDREN IN THE SUN!

     Tonight fluff will be working on making some meals for the next couple of days as tv dinners are too expensive and there is not enough food in them. Salads are nice with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, a piece of bread or biscuit and some nice dressing. Fluff like salads you cook in the skillet as they are easy to make, tasty and all veggie and are great for evening at home! So consider making a nice salad to bring with you for lunch to work or wherever you are going. These fast food places, even sub places are getting too expensive for most folks and you can eat better and more if you make your own salads, lunches and like that. I am my own doctor and at this point really can't tolerate these medical folks because most of them are just pill doctors that overmedicate their patients. Fluff can think for himself and takes care. You need to get a check-up once and a while and have some bloodwork done occasionally. You should do the same. Eating healthier food, taking vitamins and supplements and increasing your nutritional knowledge will help you take care of yourself and your family.
