Winner$grl, Dapmo03 was spot on with this!
Let's look at the table again, but this time I've added
a 3rd column to help you see it!

The last column now takes the "night" draw and mirrors it over
and if you look, it matches the "day" draw!! The most obvious to spot
something like this is from day to night draw. But, there are other patterns
of it happening as well, such as on May 23rd, Florida day played: 085. But on
the previous day draw Florida played: 553. Let's stack them so it's easier to see
085
553 <- 058
Or on the evening side between the 29th and 30th
046
519 <-- 064
This happens quite often in all states. All that's needed is to take the day drawn
number, and then create it's alternate "versions" and play those at night.
For example, if the day draw was 589, then at night you would play:
034, 589, 039, 345, 048, 458, 359, 089
That considers all the mirrors or partial mirrors of a number. I've said it before
in the forums and on my blog. Each unique number has 8 different ways it can play
and then 6 permutations of each number. If it's a double, then it's 6 different ways
and 6 permutations. Here's an example. Let's take the full rack of 589
589, 598, 859, 895, 958, 985, 034, 043, 304, 340, 403, 430, 089, 098, 809, 890, 908, 980, 539, 593, 359, 395, 953, 935, 584, 548, 854, 845, 458, 485, 534, 543, 354, 345, 453, 435, 039, 093, 309, 390, 903, 930, 084, 048, 804, 840, 408, 480
And then let's do a double number and make it 599
599, 959, 995, 044, 404, 440, 099, 909, 990, 549, 594, 459, 495, 954, 945, 544, 454, 445, 049, 094, 409, 490, 904, 940
Notice how the double is considerably shorter than the unique number?
And a trip/false trip rack would look like this:
999, 444, 499, 949, 994, 944, 494, 449
So you go from 8 to 24, or to 48 numbers just for a single number, considering what type of
number it is, unique, double, trip/false trip.
When you understand this concept, it's a game changer as to how you look at and play
this game. Most people don't realize or understand this concept, and the lottery banks on that.
But by arming yourself with this knowledge, you begin to shift the "house edge" in your favor.
By using this same concept, I've developed something else that I am testing right now and
tracking against all states. But I will give you a glimpse of it

If we look at the table above, there's a number that got draw by Florida
and then it produces a number (in the next column). I will explain that at
a later date on how it gets produced. But that number that gets produced says
that a "version" of this number is what's next for this number drawn.
So if we look at 6/10, Florida played 736. In the next column is 372. And when we consider
the base "versions" (no permutations) we see 237, 278, 223, 377, 228, 778
Well, just 3 days later, Florida played 728, which is what was in that row! And if you haven't
figured it out, based on looking at the table, one should play the "unplayed" areas that do not
have a row completely filled in.
But as you can see, understanding the mirrors and partial mirrors is important because you
then begin to see patterns that are so easy to spot after.
I know this is a bold statement to make and it sounds crazy, but I'm that confident to say it:
"I feel like I'm on the cusp of cracking the code for the Pick 3 and to be able to tell you the next number."
