Like I wrote earlier, you go from top to bottom, and since most people have different workouts, this would be a great tool to narrow their numbers down.

We have 910 610 911 611 982 682 986 686. Let's say your other workout tells you to play 419 254 637 542 011 144 367 912.
You look at the results the pyramid shows and compare to see which ones to play. The ones in red match the closest.
Try to be creative and look at this as a positive reinforcement to your workouts.
People are always asking for a good pair system, and this is as best as it gets in my opinion. In the big pyramid, I saw some people complaining that there are too many possible combos, and it's useless. So now i reduced the amount of combos by light years and still some aren't satisfied. Oh well, I can't please everyone.
