I did stop to think it and there wasn't any bought and paid for media tugging at my logic and reasoning strings. After pondering it for a couple minutes, I LOL'd and came to the same conclusion andIMO it's just someone yelling "Foul" just because they can't see the bottom portion of the Lotto ball machine. Are the little aliens switching the balls out down there? Come on now, hahaha. Like I said Conspiracy theories crack me up!
Thanks for proving my point again, may I call you Mr. Groupthink? LOL.....

Last week the lottery terminal ran out of paper and when the clerk opened it, I got to see what was inside. The random generator was actually a tiny alien with a Jersey accent sitting at a tiny desk using a tiny computer. Even though I couldn't see what was on his screen, he quickly clicked on the red X, to make sure I couldn't.
The RNG is a computer program a computer translates and sends electronic signals to the screen and to the printer. The signals are sent at the speed of light so even if there are micro aliens from Jersey inside running across the circuits delivering instructions and sending them back and forth to their planet, you couldn't see them. What would you expect to see if your PC was housed in plexiglas?
I actually also caught a glimpse of the little alien once when the card got jammed.

Is this a pun about the famous WWII General or maybe a six degree of separation conspiracy theory against a lottery using a RNG for their drawings?
Pat Summitt was a NCAA Hall of Fame women's basketball coach at the University of Tennessee, the TN Lottery switched from live ball drawings to an RNG, the RNG was programmed to show no repeat digits in their pick-3 and pick-4 games, it took a month to figure out they had a problem, and many players believe cheating was involved.
I cant see cheating as being impossible. Somebody started a thread that might be dead about the 0000 being drawn in new york 5 times at the beginning of the game. I could believe if 0000 was drawn, then 1111 then 1122 then 3333 1123 but not 0000 over and over again.
Thats virtually impossible. It couldn't happen, it shouldn't happen. Somebody got away with something there. I mean I was only in grade school. So I didn't have any wagers down.
I mean the draws are televised live right in PB? They have people in the room right? Like at an execution? I mean you can buy off a lot of people with 500 million dollars.
I never really caught the PB game so I dont know what this alien is talking about. I will look closer next time. It is kind of important I suppose to know the working of the machines and if there are any aliens or <snip>roaches stuck up in it.

Some time back there was a state lottery scam where it was done in full view. What they did was the balls are only suppose to be 1/10 off of weight from each other. Weighed before being placed in the machine. And replaced after so many days. In this case a couple people were involved and weighted balls with white paint. They looked like the rest of them so no one saw the difference. And of course the balls not weighted came up. This was done right before the balls were due to be changed. Then they placed big in different areas on the numbers. I had a professional con artist tell me once how easily it could be done especially in non disclosed states. That lack very strict security. like I said a added bonus like he said was if you had access to a lottery machine.

Are you referring to the PA Lottery Scandal which is quite well known in lottery circles. Or is this a different incident in another state?
Rigging the ping pong balls would be an easier and different method than the rubber balls machines used in MM and PB.

So you think you're not in some sort of group? Let me bust your bubble, you're in a group that doesn't think you're in a group, you think outside the box, you think different from everyone else, you don't comform, you go against the grain, blah blah blah blah blah. Well, guess what buddy, you're in one of those groups, .

Any time something extraordinary happens when money is involved someone will be positive it was cheating. And then they will create an even more extraordinary scenario of how the cheating was done. The drawing results shows in April 1985, 0000 was drawn five times within two weeks and my first thoughts were someone made an error when recording the results a couple years later. Before deciding if there was cheating, the accuracy of the results should be verified and that could be done by viewing New York newspaper archives.
The current conspiracy theory is based on what they think is an extraordinary amount of PB jackpot winners in New Jersey and because someone read some where a Jersey business helped to develop the lottery terminals, the fix was in. Don't bother telling them there was also a jackpot winner in Minnesota or that Rhode Island had an extraordinary number of jackpot winners a year ago.
The fortune cookie incident was investigated because of the large number of 5 + 0 winners and the investigation of the Pennsylvania scandal found a much larger than usual amount of wagers on the winning number at several locations in a small area. To me it makes more sense if there is a way to rig the drawing, have someone buy a QP and draw those numbers or use self picks for multiple winners. This conspiracy theory wants us to believe the drawing numbers are predetermined and a terminal is programmed to print a ticket with those numbers.
It's possible they progammed one terminal in Florida to print the predetermined winning numbers at a specific time and why Gloria jumped in front of Mindy. But a tiny alien living and working in the terminal with a tiny cameria watching and waiting for Gloria makes more sense.

powerball machines use smartplays solution system automatic number recognition
I think this was his explaination, but it sounds made up.
He went to the land of no avatar. Did he post something objectionable? I must have missed it.
So the machine can read the ball that is drawn up the plunger, no big deal. I wanted to hear more conspiracy theory, but I guess that's not possible now.
