I have a publication that I bought circa 1990 by Gail Howard, entitled "State Lotteries: How To Get In It...and How To Win It!" (5th Ed.).
On page 19 there is her Lottario Skip & Hit Chart, showing how many drawings numbers skip before they hit again. If I understood how to interpret it back then, my CRS seems to have worsened, 'cause I don't get it now.
Does such charting happen now? Or is anyone familiar with this one?

That depends, how has Lottario changed since 1990? Quite frankly, you should just be happy to have a game as good as Lottario, one of the best games in the Western Hemisphere.

Windows Lotto Pro has a Skip and Hit chart. It can be used with most games such as 6/49, Lottario or even Keno games. You can download the 15 day trial to test drive it.
Interpretation of the chart is supposed to show if a number has a tendency to hit, say every 5 draws(a pattern developing) or if it takes 25 to show...If a number has 2 or 3 skips of 5 in recent history and currently it is at 4, it might be the number to play next?
Not really useful IMHO for draws with only 6 numbers drawn from 49!(only 12.2% coverage). You would have to study a longer draw history and see if the Hit pattern is getting smaller(number getting HOT)or even if there is any consistency in the pattern.
TIP:If used with Keno 20/70(28.5% coverage), Hit and Skip patterns are much more obvious and more profitable!!!

i have gail's software ......i think from 1998......i was really lucky first year with it playing ontario 6/49.........that year i won 3 times five numbers ........using skip chart.....if i remember i was looking which skip wasn't draw and number under.....so if skip 8 didn't draw and number 15 was there .....i use 15 as a power number and did some filtering with number from 10 skips.........for example i took all even numbers and wheel with 15 as a power number....later on that year i got bussy with my son so i stop playing.........thanks to everyone who shares the idea here.......what i am realizing is that any idea here must be tryed in your own state.........as many LP members here said.......not everything is working for your state and i found that's true.........as for keno ....gail's skip chart really doesn't working for me.....u end up for example with 8 numbers under skip 2 and 6 number under skip 3........so if u want to wheel them........u end up with no profit at all.........but that's just my observation......maybe i am doing something wrong......i love numbers but hardly play these days.......just on paper...........so good luck to everyone...........

Hi Tianca,
Greetings from Mississauga!
I never play my Keno numbers in a wheel.
I hand pick my numbers by looking @ previous draw or two, to see what clusters are appearing.Usually 1 up or down from yesterday's numbers you will find a good 5-10.Then look for the skip patterns of these "neighbors".Sometimes previous SKIPSadd together to show you what will fall tonight.Look back @ 2 or 3 skips of a particular number with backtesting and you will see what I mean!
I have had some hits using this method, but not the big one(10).

I now have a spreadsheet I created which also tracks the hit frequency for the Pick 5 & 6 games. I also applied it to both MegaMillions and Powerball. So far, the best I have done is all 5 numbers for Fantasy 5 (GA) and all 6 numbers plus the freeball on the Win4Life (of course, this happens on a night I didn't play). Unfortunantely, my wheel I use don't always combine the numbers right, so best I end up with is multiple 3/5 hits (added up to over $100 once) and lots of 2/5 (free tickets) hits and a few of the free tickets pulled out a 3/5 hit occasionally.
Also, the worst I have done is NOT get any number. So as with any system, it works occasionally and it's very easy to maintain.
