What ever you did here gave you TN's number for today 6766. That would have been a good .25 investment... was this the deflate here that you used to get these numbers with/from your Duke?
I defated MrLottery numbers he had given me.. this was giving him the first two digits of the last draw which was 6766

If you could write a program that takes the output of Duke - 36 picks...
and reads the first two digits of each pick, the last two digits of each pick and the first and last digits of each pick.
When it finds pair matches from that step, it will eliminate one of those pairs and generate a pick 4 number using the other pair and the leftover digits from both picks...
ABC - EFG - HIJ - DBA - JGF - KLM - JFH
would produce DABC, IHJF, GJHF
and yes, all possible types of picks would be created. singles, doubles, dbl-dbl, trips, and quads.
I think that's the basic concept.
That is it Steve..
How many combos do that give you..
Hard to tell since the combos being used are repeated.. Example..

Had I hooked these together.. I would have played the 6766 last night..
If a program could be written to combine these combos.. MONEY can be made..
I have written such a tool for pick3, using pairs.
I learned that it was not as easy as i first thought it would be. I can imagine doing this for pick4 will even be harder. (ofcourse, i used it along with drawhistory and the wheeling-engine, which made it all that "little" more difficult)
First of all, i have no idea what "Tier" means...lol
second, lets excercise this one by hand:
127
128
167
168
178
226
236
267
268
366
367
666
667
668
677
678
I made them boxed-way (lowest digit - second lowest digit - highest digit), i hope that is not a problem?

btw, straight is an entire different approach, not easy at all!
But even more important, lol, may i ask where in heavens name you get those 3-digit combo's, that resulted in the prediction of a straight triple in pick4????
