Betslips.Com Who Own It?
It means that the registration of the domain is private and has been entrusted to a lawyer or some other representative(that's whose name you see) you can't find out who the investors are (not made public) just by using the search engine that Calidude used. You would have to contact that representative. It's the investors prerogative.

Betslip Jackpot Games
I think it is neat that you can play Jackpot lotto games on Betslips. I used to wish I can play those games. I gonna copy the predictions from the prediction board and see how I come out from the people who hit the most. Sometimes the predictions for other states works too. I looked back at the predictions and there's been some pretty good licks. If I have used Mony's prediction for Florida yesterday I would have won $100.

North Carolina lottery officials say Mega Millions does not want additional states to join right now. Executive Director Tom Shaheen also recommended Powerball because a large concentration of Tar Heel residents, especially in the Charlotte area, already play the game in South Carolina. The state of Virginia participates in Mega

NC joins Powerball
I'm not surprised that NC picked Powerball. SC has Powerball and Virginia have Mega Millions. Charlotte is the largest city in NC and the closest to SC. That way it will keep the NC people in NC and SC people in SC.If NC had chosen Mega Millions, people from SC will come to NC to play Mega Millions and NC people would go to SC to play Powerball. People will play both. It would have been a lottery war.I'm sure that was a big factor too.
