Running a pool is work but it can be done. Everyone should get a copy of the tickets and all wins should be equally split regardless of how big or small they are. For really small wins such as 1-10.00 there should be a rule in place to purchase extra tickets other wise the small pool should be equally split no less than one time per month. I think they delayed it mainly to come up with some kind of laws for it and to make rules for it. The article said that Americans account for 1/2 of 16 billion spent on online gambling. That is a lot. Right now, folks are still gambling online and it would take someone winning probably 1 million or more to get the attention of the Feds. Lucky's picks are often on the money. You have to have some type of system that you use and understand personally in order to take advantage of his posts. Seems like to me that you don't have a system of your own. Use others knowledge and information to develop one (On this site..people will help you). That is your best bet.
