I think they used that manager as a skapegoat. You might know law, I worked armored car work in the past early 2000s and trust me this whole thing out there going on is ridiculous. So if the Florida Lottery's plan by introducing a second drawing per day was to entice more players to buy more tickets, why aren't jackpots for the evening drawing higher than they are? Remember too that there is a win $25 instantly promotion happening. They're offering an incentive to players to get them to buy more tickets but still cant get more FF5 ticket sales! (The Take) To win a Free Ticket the odds are 1 in 8.39 (One out of every eight lines sold wins a Free Ticket) 1 in 8 equals one eighth of all lines sold. It absolutely won't do! In New York, when a midday draw was added to Take5, jackpot payouts were cut in half. A Take5 jackpot won by a single winner usually paid $65,000 to $70,000. After the midday draw was added, jackpot payouts tumbled to about $35,000 for both drawings. While it might be nice for The Florida Lottery, it stinks for players.
