I don't think they do...if they watched ours and blocked numbers because of it they would have to look at all of the sections on Facebook (there's a bunch of them) and all of the other lottery websites too...wouldn't you think? Someone who believes the lottery draws are rigged, then goes out and buys a ticket is quite stupid. It would depend on how it's rigged. Eddie Tipton had friends and relatives who knew it was rigged, and it turned out fairly well for most of them. Other than the prizes being split, everybody still had exactly the same odds of picking the winning combinations.

I don't think it matters, because regardless of whether it's AI or numbered balls or anything else, if the people in charge decide to rig it, then they will rig it. When I used to play the state draw games picked by AI here in Michigan, I did so under the assumption that it was rigged to only let a jackpot hit once a certain threshold in profits had been reached.
