Your Dreams Can Give You Lottery Numbers!
Your Dreams Can Give You Lottery Numbers! by Dottie Blake Shortly after my first big win, I had a dream. I was standing in line at my favorite convenience store in New Port Richey, FL, when five numbers came up for Fantasy Five. The Lotto machine at the store actually coughed them up and a mechanical sounding voice read off the numbers while I was inside the store (in my dream). I awoke with a start, and scrambled to find a pen and something to write on in order to get the numbers down befor

Destiny
When I look at the QP, isn't winning it considered destiny? It's hard to articulate my thinking here, but I will do the best I can. Stores that play the lotto have a RNG machine. Let's say the winner came from a gas station in Michigan. Now the way I look it is this, the winner isn't the ticket, it's the RNG machine. So in a way it's predetermined because only that specific RNG machine will spit out those specific numbers. As a player in California(or anywhere that isn't that gas station i

Post your scratch ticket results
I believe it. That's the way it works. Now BIG Jim might be luckier than most or be there at the right time (always the same place, right?) The $20's of course pay more than the others...it's so much easier to find a $100 in the $20's than in the $5's..play $5's expect $5's and 5 x $5's and a couple $100's here and there. Play $20's and expect $100's way more often. This is what I don't agree with....feeding the machine looking for a big win. I just think you can't do tha

How to play Ghana 5/90 Lottery...
Could someone please explain the Ghana Lottery to me? I know it is a pick 5/90 game. I know that there is a 5/90 game for Monday thru Saturday. How is this game played? Is the Ghana 5/90 Lottery played like the pick 5 lotteries in the U.S.? I know there are winning numbers and machine numbers. What does the machine numbers mean? Does the jackpot roll over? If so is all the money paid upfront? Can the winner anonymous? I know the winning ticket(s) must be cashed

Lottery tricks and secrets and scams...
Nothing unfair about it as long as you can choose from the same numbers as everyone else. In my state, the machine can also pick some or all of the numbers. Another thing, if a board is marked void but has valid boards behind it on the slip, they are shifted by one letter. playslip: A: (self pick) B: (qp) C: (void) D: (1 power number) E: (2 power numbers) ticket: A: (6 SP) [blank] B: (6 QP) QP6 C: (1 SP + 5 QP) QP5 D: (2 SP + 4 QP) QP4

Retailer perspective: Selling a $254M lottery ticket
At first, Ranjit Singh didn't recognize the name of the customer who bought the quarter-of-a-billion-dollar-winning Powerball ticket across the counter of his gas station on Nov. 1. But then when he saw the man on television, he remembered. All of the employees of the BP on McGee Avenue in Stamford recognized him. He lived in the condos you could see from the station. He came in almost every workday and bought a cup of coffee on his way to work. Mr. Singh is pretty sure he remembers now, he told

Pennsylvania still has winners out there!
...and this is one of the games they extended/replenished/restocked due to popular demand. Well. I won $1,000 on one but have not seen anything near that on them since. Got a few 5x symbols but NEVER a 20x. I like the colors but not the payouts....$0 or $5. Another crummy game claiming to have so many $1,000 winners out there..is Big Money. I found a $400 on one but nothing since as good as that on them. Mainly $0's and $5's again. One tip I'll put out there again...just buy up to 2 - 4
