Hey, thanks for all your helpful posts... I discovered that whether in the vending machines or a clerk issued ticket, you have to find a place that does not watch the tickets for winners. I went to a market where the machine had a sign on it as out of order and the managee opened it up for me and inside where single tickets stored on the shelf. I asked to buy those and he said no. I got another sequential hit on Win It All, off to a good start with this game: 0, 0, $10, $20 - the $20 was a Win-All number match, but only teeny $1s with a couple $2s.
