MO. 539 starts at 50K and rolls, The reset value of $50K is enough to peak my interest and I don't believe in
luck but chance will always play a roll. If a method works 5 to 10 lines per game should at least break even.
I measure my play by calculating average ticket cost over the course of a month. If the average ticket cost is
greater than 5 cents per ticket then I switch to paper play until the hits start up again. Most of my wins are 2x
which break even and the 3x wins cove

How Random is Random?
I'm glad we agree that this thread is not about a particular lottery.
I'm happy you chose to ask the question in a more general sense as well. I admit, had you asked regarding a 4 ball, 5 ball, or 6 ball game we are all familiar with, you would not have gotten the same reaction. I have no problem with a thread getting derailed if it interests the majority. And had you posted the data for each of us to examine, I would have no problem with your question.

Pennsylvania House passes bill giving Lottery odds and prize flexibility
The Pennsylvania House has voted 195-1 to send to Gov. Tom Corbett a bill that Pennsylvania Lottery officials say will give them more flexibility in setting player odds and prizes, increasing sales in the long run.
But that flexibility is paired in the bill with a new requirement that the General Assembly have final approval over any Lottery plans to add new game categories like Keno or Internet-based games.
The latter clause, added by the state Senate earlier this fall, was a response to

With Northstar terminated, what will the Illinois Lottery do now?
So what's next for the Illinois Lottery?
That's the big question looming in the wake of Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn's politically-expedient move late last week to fire Northstar Lottery Group. Quinn made history late in 2010 when he inked a 10-year contract with Northstar to become the first-ever private manager of any state lottery in the nation. Two other states now have private lottery managers Indiana and New Jersey.
Quinn's move last week to terminate Northstar may prove too little too la

Pennsylvania Senate may work privatization deal
But solution may not come until 2014
There is broad support among Senate Republicans to give the governor authority for a private company to manage the Pennsylvania Lottery and legalize electronic games such as keno to boost state revenue, the Senate majority leader said on Monday.
But quick action in the Legislature appears unlikely, said Sen. Dominic Pileggi, R-Delaware County. He didn't rule out a vote on Tuesday but noted long odds against that happening. Many senators want further vet

Stores with past Powerball winners lure crowds
Ticketholders aren't the only ones who benefit from a win like the one expected in Wednesday's Powerball drawing, estimated at $425 million so far. Stores known for selling winning tickets also see their business pick up as superstitious dreamers pour in, hoping luck will strike again.
The jackpot for Wednesday's drawing would fetch a single winner a lump-sum payment after taxes of about $244.7 million. While not close to the record $590.5 million Powerball jackpot won by a Florida woman in M

Don't you guys think it's time for you to put aside your personal animosities
and get back to the question at hand?
Personally, I'd appreciate some constructive comments regarding the role of
'substitution' as it applies to lottery strategies.
If the odds of this or that happening for everything is the general rule,
then we should just mail a check to our state lottery and go watch TV.
If, on the other hand, there is good reason to believe that, despite the odds, there are
