How many play numbers to win at Pick 3 ?
Win D,
You started an interesting topic and I would like to chip in some comments which potential power players may find useful.
I've always been in favor of playing many tickets for every draw, be it Pick 3 or other lotteries. This always increases chances for winning and allows for applying additional strategies which may further increase winning prospects.
I put all my trust in the stats for predicting future numbers. But I also test (backtrack) everything before I put it to use.

Belgium's pick 3
Draw of 25/04/2006
228 Well one of the filters failed. I used 9 filter's patterns, 1 out of 9 failed.
I did have a feeling that a double was due soon.
I will try again tomorrow, but next time I might post just before they post the winning number on their site, just in case as you never know.
The winning numbers were just posted sometime soon after Noon here on Texas (1:00 PM here on Lottery Post).
That is soon after 7:00 PM on Belgium.

Here it goes, I will probably be killed for this. yet o well. I do not care to hear any ridiculious feedback, claiming I am a liar, or anything of the such. I am not beside myself. So having known someone who worked for the Lottery Commision And who assisted regually with the machines that RANDOMLY give th

Strawberry Hill? Hm, that reminds met the Liqueur de fraises des bois. We used it to sweeten the Champagne for the ap ritif in a 2 star restaurant where I worked. Some people don't like to drink the Champagne Brut.
I'm not crazy about cognac, but tasted a few VSOP's, also Armagnac and different whisk(e)y's, gins, vodkas and other booze that makes you drunk in minutes. Let's not forget different beers from Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, France and Netherlands. I also tasted a Turkish beer, but

Doel, Tihange, ..., windmills in the sea and on ground, water turbines ...
Since lockdowns there is less light during the night.
Highways have light at night in Belgium. Maybe not all the way, don't remember. I also drove during the night, rather than over day. Don't like that traffic around Ghent and Brussels, or Antwerp. ...

How did they use to determine winners pre internet?
When I was a child in Germany, the forms had carbon. I think that the forms were sent to a central, where they eventually were entered into computers by people. Keno also started in a strange way. I remember some colored forms in Belgium, long ago.
Maybe start by the forms. They usually were readable, in the past. Today they would print in grey on dark white, or you'd find pink fonts in orange or red? If you take a magnifier you see dots, but don't recognize the letter. Seems to be the future
