I need help making a "full lottery wheel" but I want to included a key number
If you wanted to play a full Rolling Cash 5 wheel using one key number, it would cost $73,815. A full 6/49 lotto wheel with one key number costs over $1.7 million. A full MM wheel to match 5 + 0 with a key is $341,055 and PB is $848,540. The object here is to pick one number, hope it hits, and be guaranteed of winning the jackpot. You're right, the is cost high and might be more than the winnings if there are multiple winners in pick-5 and lotto type games. The MM and PB bets are for matching

Are there currently any open source lottery softwares?
For the UK 6/49 it had a unique routine where it put 48 of 49 numbers onto a 6x8 grid with some user choices as to odd/even, etc. I could do the same in CoverMaster taking the previous made groups into account building the next instead of each standing alone so I never did much beyond approve it for a link back. The other charts were just the same old and not much of it. The World version randomizes the 6x48 style grid for all games without the user settings, just a cheap wave of the hand tow

Global Lottery Solutions (G.L.S)
I have posted the following in Canadian forum so I thought you might be interested in this new information too! I am sure the quality of posts would be a lot better here than the other forum simply because I can copy and paste from Microsoft Word without any hassle! This new info is divided to two parts, first part is the copy of my letter to Lottery Commission and second part is the universal lottery database compatible to 98 numbers! Part one Two years ago today I have sta

would you play last weeks winning numbers in this weeks draw
DC, you just proved to me you don't track numbers much, or your definition of 'never' and 'very long time' is quite different than mine. You really need to know what you are talking about before making a blanket statement like that, because you are, ummm - what's the word ? Oh yeah - wrong. Now, lately, single numbers have not repeated as much as in the past: there was a time not that long ago where in a span of 100 PB games, we had 48 numbers repeat. It's nowhere near that currently, but

PB: Sequential Numbers
Yes, four of those numbers 'repeated' - TEN years ago ! Back when the matrix was 49 numbers. This is another statistic I looked at, and have deemed it unusable - but if you want to play entire sets of repeat numbers - be my guest. Remember - the game is random, you have just as likely a chance at winning as any other set of numbers, the question is, will you ? I have tracked this, and as I said, I deem it unusable, because I see instances where 3 of the 5 numbers have hit up to nine times in

Florida 5/9 Game
At first glance reduction systems like roots and deltas might seem like playing with numbers nonsense. In reality it gives us another way to look at the numbers, another way to group them. One thing that jumps out at me with most lottery games is the nasty trick of using a total number of numbers that can't be divided by the numbers played. ie: 5/36, 6/49, where a 5/35 or 6/48 game would be much easier on the player. With the system I posted 9 groups of 4 numbers fits the FL 5/36 very nice

Hoosier Lottery Does It Again
In order to fully appreciate LosingJeff's story, it's important to remember that Indiana has no mandated liability limits for any of their online games. To my knowledge, every other state lottery has them.Instead, the Hoosier Lottery prefers to actively track player selections as they're being sold, so they can cut off a number any time their sales for that number approach $600.00 on any given day. This fixes the upper limit of their payouts for the Pick-3 at no more than $300k. They call this
