Homeless man wins $200,000 of $10 scratch off .
A homeless man in Greenville, S.C., has reason to smile today after winning $200,000 from a scratch-off lottery game. The winner, who declined to be identified, told lottery officials he intends to use the money to take care of himself and his family. Long story short. I bought a book of ten dollar tickets in South Carolina. (10 dollar ones) got back 100.00 biggest winner 15 bucks Got mad because it was so crappy Called lottery office She tells me that each roll has a minimum amount back and for that game it was 100.00 I tell her it used to be better and they have gotten greedy and that the new tickets all seem to suck. The new South Carolina January Scratch-Offs are terrible.
These are the new SC Instant Games for January. They look gorgeous and snazzy, right? Sure they do, but they carry some of the worst return rates in recent history for scratch off tickets in SC. I was looking forward to these, so I am a little upset by this. 3 months in and not one top prize has been claimed on the VIP Cash Club ticket. This has to be the worst ticket ever released by the South Carolina Education Lottery. Lol seriously, where are all the top prizes. Plenty of $2,000 and $10,000 prizes have been claimed but no $250,000 prizes yet? Where have they all disappeared to?

Double Match was a $2 South Carolina scratcher here as well. I remember spending $40 on those and only having one as a winner ($2). Never played the game again after that. It had horrible odds. It doesn't look to be that much better in Georgia. We haven't got the Lady Luck but I'm sure that's coming.

South Carolina does as well. Anything over $500 is listed on their Daily Winners Page. Information includes the game (whether online or instant), the prize amount, store, store address, city and county the prize was won. It's usually posted on the site one day after the winner redeems their prizes.

Yea ive been noticing that as well, South Carolina has a $5 game called Double up dollars, and FLorida has an identical Game the only diffrence is a diffrent denomination. IN FL its $2

I hit a $1000 on a 3 dollar bingo ticket in South Carolina in 2005.I was curious and looked at the odds and it was 1 in 40,000.I hope that all of us have yet to see our biggest win.

South Carolina puts out the best information on their tickets by far. On their new $10 ticket Big Money has a 76% payout. This beats their $1 tickets which have payouts at around 55%.
