Well .... chasing that $10 Holiday Gifts cuz they liked it and wanted the big win from it (even when it burned them many times) certainly paid off ... maybe the $200MS is a gut instinct and it too will pay off for him

I might have to. Another thing to factor in with my gameplay is that I get to write off about 39 cents for every $1 I spend due to that big win. So, essentially, the losing tickets are only costing me about 61 cents on the dollar. Factor in the winnings, and I am almost playing for free....

Post your scratch ticket results
Judging by the results you guys are posting on the PA tix makes me glad I switched from scratch offs to the casino. The cashier at the store I use to get my tickets from said he hasn't seen many big winners this year and alot of those $100's are now $50's. A woman in town did win $100k on Double Crossword last month though, she would play that game daily, glad she finally hit.

Here are my big wins today. Started with $300. Made $700 in profit from buying mostly Gold Rush tickets. I did win $100 on a Flamingo Multiplier (shocker! with a $100 win symbol). I lost alot on Gold Rush from one gas station, but found 2 $500 winners from Publix, 1 $500 winner nearby my apartment, and 1 win all $100 winner on Gold Rush.

Just saw that video and the barcode is scratched off at the beginning before he scratched the rest of the ticket. It probably was scanned and determined to be a winner before scratching the rest of the ticket. A big win nevertheless...

Do people who win a lot on the scratchers spend much to get those wins?
You have to spend alot to win alot but if you can get payout info on rolls from a clerk you can spend your money wisely. Of course it is a letdown when the big winner in the roll is a $50 but that's the risk. I'm up a good amount this year and this is my first full year playing scratch offs, it is alot of work though.

I have no clue where you guys find these big winners I buy tics alot and nothing but $20 $25. The one thing I noticed is people will just sit at the store and buy till they win then they leave so when I come walking in with my $20 to donate I'm buying off a roll that just sold a winner so odds are two winners back to back not good. I try to buy from machines seem like less people use them.

After taking a week off I stopped in the Publix in Metrowest in Orlando during lunch. I purchased 4 new $25 scratchers. 3 losers and 1 big win which more than made up for it.

First of all, let me congratulate you on the $100 win! That's a nice win on a $10 ticket! Secondly, I'm not entirely sure I understand what your friend is getting at. What I think he means, is that you can save your losing tickets and then if you ever win big you can claim all your losing tickets against the taxes taken out for the big winner. There are a few catches though: Firstly, you need to be able to itemize your deductions via schedule A when you file your
