funny! I feel awful when I think about states with no real drawings. You're right, if there's nothing else available, you have to do what you have to do. If it were my state, I would be contacting my state reps and governor to get it changed to real drawings. I would bug the you-know-what out of them. The Hoosier Lottery is required by law to do many things, but the laws which govern them, whether state or federal, are viewed as mere suggestions.
