Oregon Megabucks 2021
Well I had two numbers on line A and two numbers were one off so no prize tonight and the jackpot of $7.4 million was won tonight so the jackpot resets to $1.0 million for Monday January 25th 2021. So I will be taking a break from buying tickets until my state game grows and my multi-state games grow too.-weshar75

Oregon Megabucks 2019
I have decided to for go Oregon megabucks until it climbs past $5.0 million again and stick to losing on the multi-state games since I usually only play one line anyways. So I would rather try my luck on Powerball and Mega millions for $3 each then keep on losing with a low payout game like Oregon megabucks. I figure if I am going to spend money on lotto it might as well be for the big bucks of the multi-state games and see if I can hit a decent prize this year.-weshar75

Mega millions price increase to 2 bucks?
All of these big multi state games changing their game matrixes is really starting to get old. Not just Mega Millions, but Powerball, Lucky for Life, and Hot Lotto have all been restructured these past few years to have significantly worse JP winning odds. Barring a big half billion $ jackpot I'll be playing only Mass Megabuks Doubler and Tri State Megabucks from now on.

Lucky for Life
Under Predictions tab click on Post Predictions. Then from the State pull down menu on that form, choose Multi-State. That will bring up the choice of Lucky for Life on the Game pull down menu.

Mega Millions sales
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm personally spending less on lottery. I don't like scratchers. Don't have an in-state jackpot game. Multi-state Wild Card 2 is only $255K right now, not life-changing yet so I only play 1 or 2 dollars on that. So right now my state is getting $8 or $12 less per week from me.

How many Mega Millions second tier winners in 2014?
I agree Oklahoma has never had a Mega jackpot winner and since the Matrix change we have not had a second tier winner I believe our last second tier Mega winner was in 2012 when the jackpot was 640 million. People in Oklahoma play Powerball Hot Lotto since we do not have a state lotto jackpot game if we did I would play that before I played the multi-state games.

MM jackpot $47M/$36.1M and PB jackpot $50M/$33.3
Wow, Powerball just got won right at the $60 million mark again, and this time, there weren't even any 2nd place winners. If people keep winning the jackpot before it rolls seven times, then Powerball will surely disappear, leaving Mega Millions the only multi-state giant jackpot game. Unfortunately, what will probably happen under such a scenario, is Mega Millions will double its ticket price.

Mega...this is getting old
There definitely will be some difference in lottery revenue because before the cross selling started states with a multi-state game attracted players from neighboring states. Now that most states will be selling both games, revenue from out of state players will cease. Larger states will probably see an increase in sales while smaller states will see a decrease.

If Your State Had Both Powerball and Mega Millions
As the games are set up now, states only get revenues generated by tickets sales in their states. States contribute a third of their tickets sales to both the MegaMillions and PowerBall jackpots and pay all other prizes out of money earned locally in their state. The only thing the states share in a multi-state game is the cost of the jackpot and if no one in their state wins it, they are shipping a third of their ticket sales to the states that have the winners.
