Ming. Congrats on the hit but no combos in p4 ever. box the play for the same dollar cost to collect the same amount in store as opposed to having to visit lottery payment center. $3 cost: 50c combo play= $2,500 at lottery center; box 50c 6x for $2,400 in store. If I were a retailer I would not let my customers play p4 combo ever.

Congrats on the hit Cheri. I caught a small box on it. I added all the last 4 of all the serial numbers from my lottery receipt mirroring the last number. So the last 4 on one of the serial numbers was 1424 so I played 1429. Thank you RETAILER 2849.

I use to work in the state of New Jersey and hit the Pick-4 there several times. Unless things have changed competely from a few years ago you can get a form to fill out from the Lottery Retailer. You complete the form and send it in with the winning ticket. I would make copies of the ticket and the form for your own records and send it in registered or certified mail. They do the processing and mail you back a check, it did take a couple of weeks for the check to arrive. The great thing abou

omg, you can't collect up to $2,500 at a retailer?? I'd be ticked. PA pays up to that amount, no problem. I think too, something does not sound right.
