There was a guy a while back that was taking the MI lottery to court regarding the dally 3 and daily 4 drawings, not sure what happen to the law suit.. But I believe there has to be some type of public records regarding the mater etc.. The 3 and 4 digit dally draws do not follow the usual patterns of probability math etc..

I've thought about what my response would be and I'll do it in the best way I can do not to offend anyone or hurt anyone's feelings..I've had lottery groups before so I am well aware what lottery players are looking for. 20 pairs or tons of numbers aren't it. When people come to a page like this or any other lottery group they're looking for as much info as possible with minimal numbers to play.
