There was a guy a while back that was taking the MI lottery to court regarding the dally 3 and daily 4 drawings, not sure what happen to the law suit.. But I believe there has to be some type of public records regarding the mater etc.. The 3 and 4 digit dally draws do not follow the usual patterns of probability math etc..

It doesn't look like you can predict Pick 3 consistently enough to turn a profit. No shame in that, the games are random by design. The lottery turns a profit because the outcomes are unpredictable. I've thought about what my response would be and I'll do it in the best way I can do not to offend anyone or hurt anyone's feelings..I've had lottery groups before so I am well aware what lottery players are looking for. 20 pairs or tons of numbers aren't it. When people come to a page like this or any other lottery group they're looking for as much info as possible with minimal numbers to play. Some say the game is to be sold not told. I beg to differ. I say it depends on your mission. If you want to help your team/tribe increase their knowledge so more of us can be a more knowledgeable team member then we should/need/must share knowledge and insights. You're full of it, you have some sort of end game, you come up with more wacky rules, these are not wins or predictions, this is you playing tricky math, I'm not falling for it, you triples strategy is futher proof of slight of hand, you predict all the triples, make believe triples with all the States, then post a win when one finally falls, you got all the bases covered.
