VERGIE I am so sorry that happened to you. I am at a computer all day I have noticed when my children buy a app from amazon I check everyone of my accounts daily. I also have fraud protection. They'll get your money back, but like U said it takes time.

She acted like it was no big deal.. Just human error.. I do not agree. these lottery jobs pay big bucks and they were caught today. red handed changing the numbers. this is a crime. we should go back to illinois numbers . Iowa is not playing fair................. FRAUD....

I had 600 straight this morning. the website said 600 , I get to hy vee and the lady says the winning number is 900 I call Mary at the relation board and she says.......human error................. I say FRAUD.. those jobs pay a lot...... human error my azzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz............

Iowa Lottery changed the midday number
Iowa lottery posted the number 600 this morning on their website.. 2 hours later they posted the number as 900. Sum 6 has not fell in over a month and I think the pay out was going to be huge , so they changed the number. Please call Mary Neubauer Vice president of external relations for the iowa lottery . 515*725*7906 this is FRAUD !!!!

Of all the states 3D lottery, I think PA is the most honest. Google PA 3 digit fraud that happened several years ago. It is an interesting read, how they caught the people rigging the 3 digit game. After this happened they put in more checks and balances in for an honest drawing.

Yup, people gotta remember ncel is a fairly new game and with that comes the hightened risk of fraud on their part. Someone is bound to get busted up there for screwing with the game. It always happens with new games. ncel is only 7 years old and is due for a scandal of a sort. The auditors arent showing up daily for no reason, someone is about to get popped.
