Some states require you post bond or otherwise provide proof of ability to pay the prizes. Visit a site like http://www.lotto-logix.com/games.html and click on any of the Free Lotto Games, most offer you the opportunity to host your own online games. The Powerball jackpot continues to climb, jumping to an estimated $1.23 billion after another drawing without a winner.
The jackpot, which now ranks as the eighth-largest in U.S. lottery history, has been growing for more than three months.
The numbers selected were: 11, 38, 41, 62, 65 and the Powerball 15.
If you plan to play the drawing, do you have n

Keno - Pennsylvania Style
1 Why would anyone fill out a bet slip not knowing what numbers are hot/cold etc?
Players can pick and play from 1 to 10 numbers and because 20 of 80 numbers are drawn every 4 minutes, tracking hot/cold is difficult at best. Keno games are numbered and the ticket shows which game[s]. The PA Lottery shows the drawings and hot and cold numbers on their website.
3 Has anyone been to an establishment that has the Keno terminals? I would be interested to find out how this works. The reason I

Breeder's Cup Race Predicrions Oct 9- 20th & KNEELAND NOV 5TH
Gillen: We missed our share of the Breeders' Cup Pick-6 with the loss of `Zenyata - #8'. We featured the astro number of 1/10 throughout the seminar, and hit the superfectas with it at Keeneland. On September 17, in Message #409, we illustrated the Mercury Connection with the 1-10-13-16-33. These same numbers would be applied to the ninth race at Churchill Downs. As most of you already know, we picked up the Superfecta for $36,000, but also made ten trifecta plays with the $0.50 combination.

The American Roulette as a Pick 1/38 game.
A few minutes ago I installed a roulette program, but it turned out to be the European Roulette not the American one, anyhow I gave it a try to see if I would do as good as with the online Roulette play-game simulation hours ago.
Well I won several time and lost a few times, but I kept on making my bets more or less big, I think that the program gave me $1000 to start with, and I made them into $3960. almost 4 times as much as I started with, then I quit playing with the program, you have to

Internet Lotteries.
Most states with four minute Keno have the same payoff, but they're all much lower than what live casino Keno and video Keno machines pay. A lottery Keno 5-spot pays $410 while the video and live games pay over $800 and some $1000 or more. A 4-spot pays $72 compared to at a minimum $125 for live Keno and some casinos pay $200.
The KY Online pick-3 and pick-4 have a glitch because while it says you can play both draws, if you click next and 2 draws , you'll get the next drawing for 2 draws. N

Internet Cafes Bonus Games
Actually there is something similar in KY and are usually located in a back corner in some gas station convenient stores. They are touch screen slot machines. I'm a little skeptical of the legality because I've never seen any advertisement but I have seen people playing.
The term Internet Caf is not an accurate description because these machines aren't connected to the internet and I doubt the machines in Ohio are either. Internet Caf s are usually places where people use the caf 's computers

The problem with Online Gaming...One Theory...
Online gambling is the same as online shopping because your funds must be transfered to their bank and their product must be sent to you. When you set up an online gambling account, they wait until your funds are transfered to them and when you cash in, you have to wait for their funds to be transfered to you. How long it takes depends on the banks.
Most of the online poker sites survived the US online gambling act and found ways to set up real money accounts with US players. There is no comp
