I built an algorithm. Every lottery doesn't matter which one uses a sequence of 2 sets of 2 digit numbers which builds out a column of 6; 2 digit numbers. You will have a constant and a coefficient. It's still a work in progress but just know if they don't won't you to win, you will not win. Why do you think the cut off time is at 10:00 p.m. eastern and the dRaW is at 11:00 eastern???
