Virginia Border Stores Take Hit From N.C. Lottery
If I want to play Hot Lotto I have to drive to Montana. I don't play very often, because I can't afford to go back and forth to get tickets. So I can understand N.C. frustration with having to travel to play Pick 3 or other games.

The state lottery is on its way to becoming easier and more effective. More than 100 local managers and store clerks gathered at the Holiday Inn in Great Falls Monday to learn how to use new lottery machines as the state prepares to change over to a new, high-tech lottery system March 31. Ohio Lottery planning end for Super Lotto game
I'm assuming you're talking about the G3 bingo. That's like an instant game that's printed out of the terminal. I wish more states would do that. The only ones who have them now are Montana and Minnesota.

$1.25 BILLION: Mega Millions jackpot set to deliver unimaginable wealth
We have the Pacific West and the Mountain West. I am going to tilt the Palantir just a little and let it point to the Mountain West. There is a straight line down from Montana to New Mexico. Colorado is a little out of line and kinda pushing Kansas out of the way, so because of such bullyish behavior I will eliminate Colorado. The people in Montana can always cross over to Canada and play lotto 6/49 there . The people in New Mexico can try their luck in Mexico maybe. So that leav

A Montana woman said a $50,000 winning lottery ticket she intended to throw away was rescued by her brother. Virginia Busko-Gewald told Montana Lottery officials she was inspired by her brother's lottery-playing hobby to pick up a lottery ticket at the Great Falls Albertsons. Even though her brother plays regularly, she didn't even know what game to play, so she bought the first game the clerk recommended: Powerball. I don't take it serious, Busko-Gewald said. It's just fun! After th

N.D. lottery's first year deemed 'exceptional'
Nearly a year after North Dakota unveiled its state lottery, former Gov. Arthur Link still gets annoyed waiting in line for someone else to splurge on the dream of a big payday. It happened just the other day, Link said, when he watched a man ahead of him in a convenience store hand over $2 for a couple of slips of paper. Link is among the lottery's foremost critics. Those with a sunnier view of the lottery point to a ledger that shows North Dakota's treasury raking in nearly $6 million since Marc

$1.2 BILLION: Powerball jackpot is 3rd-largest in game history
Yes, it's Idaho. They call it bundling for your convenience as though that makes it better. I believe that Montana has also begun bundling the powerball. I wish MUSL didn't allow that. If you're gonna raise the price, just raise it nationwide instead of trying to manipulate players.
