Another single-day payout record set by New Jersey Lottery Pick 4 "1957"
By Kate Northrop Yet another single-day prize payout record was set by the New Jersey Lottery's Pick 4 game when the popular number combination 1-9-5-7 was drawn on March 5. The Pick 4 midday and evening drawings on March 5 set a new single-day record for prize payouts, with lottery players in New Jersey winning a total of $1,105,318 in one day. It beats out the last record set on Dec. 28, 2022 when New Jersey players won a total of $1,023,210 in prizes, making the new record about $

$1 million Mega Millions prize won in Iowa will expire in two weeks
This is why lots of players stick to pick 3. The odds are ok, the payouts are ok. Big jackpot games are fun once in a while but playing them every drawing rain or shine is equivalent to flushing money down the toilet. Gotta ask, why are you playing every day?

VIDEO: We think these are the best lottery drawings
I agree. The drawings need to be transparent and secure, which the example of in the video is. One excuse my state uses for all computerized drawings is doing multiple ball drawings in a day would take too much time so the just do Pick 3, 4, 5, Easy 5, and Lotto by computer now.

7-7-7 payout in New Jersey Lottery Pick 3 sets single-day record
Strangely the NJ Lottery media release about this on its website did not mention a huge reason why so many people had the 777 combination. Since the recent prize payout change, the lottery has been running television commercials announcing that a Pick 3 $1 winning straight bet now pays a guaranteed $500 - even 7-7-7. The commercials also featured visual images of the 7-7-7 combination, including the numbers on the headband atop a reindeer head.

Maryland Lottery to switch to computerized drawings
Most lotteries will say they do ask the players by looking at sales figures. In Maryland about 26% of the total sales are pick 3, 4, and 5 games. The next question should be of those over 26% buying tickets, how many watch the live drawings. Not making excuses for computer RNG drawings but there are lots of other places to get results without watching the live drawings. A even though some states show animated cartoonish drawings, at the end of the day, we can't watch the actual computer RNG

Maryland Lottery to switch to computerized drawings
Agreed, I am going to stop and give it time to see how it all shakes out. If enough people stop due to the change they will feel it. I live close enough to Delaware to play there if I need pick 3/4

Texas Lottery moves headquarters to new site
Sounds like many lotteries could learn from their examples. A visitors area. Think of the revenue Texas would get for Veterans if Sunday drawings were allowed. Four drawings for the 'little' guys is unprecedented and aside from Georgia with their 3x/day drawing am I correct that all other states only offer 2x/day drawings? Talking about pick 3 and 4 drawings only.

Lottery Post launches new website
It's actually the same thing. Because people can post predictions for a game/date in multiple sessions, the date shown for when they posted it is always the last date. So if I post NJ Pick 3 Midday predictions for today, and then 5 minutes later post more predictions for the same game, the post date shown will be the one when I posted 5 minutes later. If I am misunderstanding your request, please include a little more info. Maybe a screenshot showing exactly where you're referring.
