I don't know about the family not having a claim. They are in Maine which honors a verbal agreement. An example would be Marie Holmes who won Powerball a few years ago. She promised to tithe $1.5M to her church and the Pastor evidently invested the money he had yet to receive into building an addition to their church. I came to say the same thing - Michigan launched Cash Pop on April 14 - which would make Michigan the most recent state since before Maryland to offer Cash Pop. Somebody watched too much Law and Order and thinks people will believe they are a Jack McCoy. In real life John Doe not only has to prove Sara signed the NDA but prove she told his father and step-mother. Like I said before, Maine is a state with broad rights to access public records and the NDA will be part of the public record if and when it is entered into evidence. Coin Toss mentioned a discussion from several years ago about a jackpot winner using their own name suing to claim anonymously. Regardless of filing as John Doe , how can he prove she signed a NDA with him or prove she told his dad without shown the document with his name or the name of his dad? Something fishy about this whole story. and especially considering he claimed his prize using a trust to remain anonymous and then told his ex-girlfriend but didn't even tell his own father
