Arizona Lottery pulls second computerized drawing machine over duplicate numbers
We may contact the Arizona Lottery, however, we did find this on the Lottery Post; that which led us to think the switch date is 2007-05-02.

Iowa Lottery investigation highlights difficult balance between security and profits
For more than a year while he worked at the Brick Street Market in Bondurant, Iowa, Matthew Hinrichs quietly stole lottery tickets, cashing in at least $28,000 in illegitimate prize money, prosecutors say.
