Yes.....it is a Big deal if you are missing 3 digits all at the same time. If your state is missing only 3 little old digits at the same time for any length of time it might be bigger deal than you thought. Yep your payouts in Missouri are definitely a plus. I think Kentucky also has better payouts. I will be Tahoe in a few weeks, with their pari-mutual payouts I think it might be better to play for straight versus box but I have not done enough analysis to have a 100% opinion. I'm a Kenoholic and every Fall I fly to Vegas with a group of golfers. We rent a couple of vans, drive to southern Utah, play golf for 5 days and spend 2 or 3 days in Vegas before we go home. Believe me .....anytime you find a digit out over 23 draws all positions you can bet that I have spent no less than 9 bucks on that proposition as insurance..... then the leaner's .... only then. One can't afford to miss on those or play for less. Insurance pays. At worse .....you will hit it 2 times right?
