This has been a great learning experience. My Extremely Low Positional Frequency theory led to start analyzing the hot and cold frequency cycles of pretty much everything, e.g., digits by position, key numbers, pairs, sums and so on. Now I've made more observations and have gained more insight and come up with something else that I'll turn in to a daily (4-drawing) forecast similar to the one I posted here. It's been fun but now I'm moving on in a new thread and most likely will add pick 4 exact

Hi All The thought came to me and here is what I am thinking. First I convert the Hybrid to 4 digits. Next I rewrite the H-code tool with one major change. Instead of going with four digit codes I switch to 2ea two digit codes. We would end up with 32 possible codes to analyze, 16 for the first two digits and 16 for the the other 2. While we would have 32 total H-codes instead of 64 to work with we must remember that the combined odds would be 16*16=256 each one would be 1 in 1
