My ultimate goal is to create a intelligent quick pick. I fully understand the odds of the lottery. My current approach
Hi, I play 5/45 PowerBall and 6/49 Lotto and have looked at the right digit/end digit (e.g. 10 would have a right digit 0 and 23 would have a right digit 3) as a way of selecting numbers, and using 7 per set (as a starting point).
