Ok, thanks. I see people addicted to scratch off cards. They buy $20 worth, go outside the store, scratch them and get maybe 1-2 small winners and go back in and collect and buy more. Bob, your ebook is geared heavily towards 3 and 4-pick games. Some states like Colorado don't have these games. Please give lotto and big jackpot games equal play. also simplify the wheeling system just like you did for powerball, and also note: powerball now is a 59/39 game.
