Fortuna,It is a shame that you are relegated to playing the Louisiana Lotto. I would bet good money that the game is rigged. You would be better off doing analysis on numbers for a state that is mechanically drawn, then opt for a time to go and play. this is something i have been trying in louisiana -i'm going to give you 2 charts i have set upone being each pair -positioned exactly as shownexample52=sum 7=difference of 707=sum 7=difference of 7so say the number521front pair =sum 7-difference of 7back pair =sum 3-difference of 9in louisiana loves the back pair to have the difference of '6'--there is 2 sets left to play06 and 17--turned that exact wayhere is an example of the stats for la front sum times hit back sum times hit 1 5 1 4 2 3 2 1

I downloaded Lotto Pro from http://www.windowslotto.com. It generates alot of statistics and charts including Hot Numbers, cold numbers, and will pick numbers using a wheeling system. The feature I think is pretty cool is it can print lottery slips for you. I ran a Louisiana Powerball form through my HP inkjet printer and it came out great. Whether or not I'm going to play it I'm not sure.From those stats, it looks like Powerball will be a tough nut to crack, but I'm concentrating on Louisia
