Cheatah: No comments on any of the GAMES (you mentioned)themselves because none of them seem to have any major flaws. Tell ya what: If I ever got lucky enough to win the lottery, I would put 5 million (after taxes) in a place that just paid me X dollars a month from 3 million of it, with 2 million in reserve - medical bills/insurance will be TOTALLY out of sight in 20 years, by which time I will be retired (or dead). Correction: There is no such thing as a non winning State. Two: No one is saying they have to win ALL the time. But if they contributing massively to building up these jackpots, their ought to be some reward for their efforts. Oh, I guess I'll get around to answering the title question. Keeping it to US states... Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas, Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, New Jersey and Nevada. I think I could find a decent area of any other state. Oh, and Hawaii. I've thought about Utah, but that SLC air scares me. I'd have to live outside the city.

Obviously- in an alternate reality at this point in time.
