This has to be pure luck
These people who write books when they have no idea of how to win amaze me. I remember Business 101, a professor telling me how the business world works. He spent two years at Xerox and became a teacher, never seeing the business world again, except in books or movies. I had had twenty years in the real world, with major coporations; Boeing, Sprint, Verizon, Sears, etc. None of them did what the professor said. Newly hired college graduates talked about all the principles, and brain-stormin

what would you do with 365 million??
There are a lot of jealous people out there.. It does amaze me.. To hear all the customers complain because that person won in Nebraska.. I know they would be complaining if it it was hit else where.. what they were complaining about was they didn't win.. I would keep quiet. People could not be happy for me .. So why tell?

$400 Million Powerball ?
The winning ticket was sold in Nebraska. Big difference. Could be out of state winner. Could be a pool. Could be a lost ticket. Impatiantly waiting for the press conference. Nothing can be done until Tuesday anyway. Bummer winning on a holiday week! Won millions and can't get a single penny of it. Brother, can you spare a dime, has a whole new meaning.

Forming a trust to claim prize
I know that in states like Ohio and New Hampshire, you can form a trust to claim a prize, because it was actually done in those states. But can you do it anywhere? So if the jackpot was won in Nebraska or South Dakota or Pennsylvania, could you still form a trust and remain anonymous? The WLT Trust was formed in Pennsylvania a while back to claim a large Powerball jackpot but the names were still shown on the Powerball news article. The Duchess Trust from Louisiana was also formed , but th

If you won a lottery jackpot..........

But I would not do the press conference or t.v. interviews that the lottery and local news want. The only thing I would want them to know is the place were the ticket is sold and name of winner which is required by state law. Is this true? In some places, such as Washington D.C. (December 11, 1999), New Hampshir
