They draw megaplier/power play when the winning numbers are drawn, not a day before. The Power Play multiplier number is chosen at random just before the Powerball winning numbers are drawn. The Megaplier multiplier number is chosen at random by computerized drawing in Texas at around the same time the Mega Millions numbers are drawn in Georgia.

Hello!! I'm trying to get better at playing Cash 3, I'm in Georgia. I'm so close to pulling my hair out because I get so close and go back and kick myself after looking at my numbers because I can immediately spot the number after it has dropped. Common sense would be if a person truly believes state lotteries or MUSL is manipulating draws is to simply not play. But there are a few here who are a couple cards shy of a full deck. One of them is a guy who is hung up on Savannah...not Georgia....Texas. And he's never even been there.
