We need the lottery to be online. There is no excuse since Tennessee is allowing Sports betting. It is time to make some noise. Are they scared? I think they are afraid....

The states play lottery online
In 2011 the Justice Department ruled the Wire Act of 1961 applied to sports betting only and opened the door for state lotteries to create Online wagering. But in January the JOD basically reversed the 2011 ruling. And even after the NH Lottery sued, Internet gambling across state lines is prohibited and why players must physically be in those states. Lottery and overall Online gambling depend what big brother decides in the future.

Finding a lottery ticket
Incidents like the one being described in Texas in this thread are the reason when a state gets a lottery they should srtaff the commission with lottery people, not good ole boys who have connections and no experience. The Delaware short-lived legalized sports betting in the 1980s comes to mind. They actually had office people making up pintspreads instead of seeing what the real ones were. Word got out that they had false favorites in games and people from Vegas flew to Delaware and clobbere

What the story behind your user name on the LP
It's the name I was already using on a sports betting (make-believe bets) website, and what football games start with. I figure that picking lottery numbers comes down to a coin toss, so thus the name.

Question for someone in Chicago
Sometimes I come to this site and laugh my buttocks off. You all have a good sense of humor. Speaking of the Bears...they have made some good changes this year. If I was a sports betting person, I'd take them to win the black 'n blue division this year barring the usual injuries. Hope Lovie brings 'em up to speed right.

Lottery can not be beaten!!
That is the mentality that they want us to have in order to keep the fun players as more than 98% of the crowd. :) Many people win the lottery consistently, win at sports betting consistently, win at horse racing consistently, win at casino gambling consistently. But that many people population is so incredibly small, compared to the population of people that loose, or, just play for fun, that the gambling industry will never die, but, rather continue to grow, and multiply. :) It was wo

gloria777 is the same person as dman2005
Hi Chouquounette,Gloria was a gf of mine while we were members of lp. I do have 2 pc's networked together. I use them both primarily in the daytime for day trading and occassional sports betting. Having 2 pc's makes things a little easier. Gloria didn't seek any revenge on me. We use to sit across from each other and play online games and other network type games. It wasn't like I was looking over her shoulder watching every move she made.

POLL: For those who play "my numbers"
For those who don't know let me explain a heart bet , it's a sports betting term that means you're betting with your heart and not your head. An example would be betting your favorite baseball or football team just because they're your favorite even when there up against a much stronger team (even with the consideration of the pointspread). So for those of you who play a favorite set or sets of numbers, any number game, Pick 3 to 5 + 1, is it a heart bet or fear of the numbers hitting
