Boycott Illinois Online Lottery
Fortunately you can still get a 50 pick3 ticket at a retailer. I'm surprised the retailers haven't imposed a similar minimum since their 5% commission hardly covers the cost of a clerk for such a small transaction.

Texas All or Nothing
FYI, on this game, it is best that you check all tickets at the retailer, I have missed numbers as well. So I save all tickets that I think I have lost on and take them to the store one day and check them all out before throwing them away, better to be sure than sorry.

Texas All or Nothing
I generated 10 quick picks this morning. For the first draw, I would have won 62, with the same numbers for the second draw, I would have won 14. I did look over the odd/even and the first 12 and last 12 from past results and they did not do well. Next week, I am going to start getting two quick picks from the retailer and then try to tweek them with my quick picks and past results. Maybe draw of luck, I would be the next $250,000 dollar winner.

100 Most Stupid things Ever Said Or Done By A Lottery Clerk!!
Anything $600 or less can be paid by ANY lottery retailer. You don't have to cash it where you bought it. You don't have to buy anything. That's just the clerk giving you

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Very good point RJ, hadn't considered that angle. Plus on top of that, if Ronnie actually hits the jackpot, that retailer would get another piece of action.

Do You Think That 1 Quick Pick Ticket Is Random Enough To Win A Mega Millions Or Powerball Jackpot?
In Ohio with any match that pays less than $5000, you have the option of going to any designated bank on a business day with your ticket verified by a retailer and picking up your money.

"All Lotteries Available Online"
Since I leave my house daily for one reason or another (work, groceries, work,) anyway, I usually stop during my trip to get my tickets, if I need them. I like the online idea, but, I think that there will be more people that will spend more than they should because they won't have the hassle of actually going to a retailer. I have not purchased tickets for a drawing because I just didn't feel like making the trip.

When Are We Going To Be Able To Play The Lottery Over The Internet Like In The Uk?
The lotter is a lottery agent. I'm talking about playing the lottery on US lottery websites like in the UK. In the UK you open an account online with a minimum 5 pounds deposit and then you buy your tickets over the lottery website without using a lottery agent like the lotter or a lottery retailer.

Have self-serve lottery machines, but can't pay out any tickets? (Rite-Aid in Ohio)
My state(LA) doesn't have self service machines. However, when the lottery first started up here 20 years ago, there was a chain of convenience stores that wouldn't redeem winning tickets. They would only exchange winners for more tickets but not give cash. I should have filed a complaint on them, but did not do so. Instead, I just stopped buying tickets from any branch of that convenience store chain.
When it comes to redeeming tickets, and it's a larger amount, I will go to a larger plac
