A retailer today told me it will start next week. I haven't seen anything on the Georgia website but information slips are at the retailers.

I run into problems all the time unless i go to one specific retailer. Those gals are older and know what their doing so my lotto transactions are smooth sailing. Problem is, they do not properly train clerks. Retailers hire people and just throw them on the lotto machine. I have seen this time and time again where they are basically learning solo as they go. It's not right because lottery machines and the games can be complex for someone who doesn't play the lottery and then you throw on top

I just checked on here (LP) and they say they're waiting for draw results here in New York. Usually they don't run on Xmas day but every retailer I talked to said they were. So I guess they may be behind. And I think they're going to run the Take 5, Lotto and Powwerball tonight! Good luck! (my bets are in.

I've never won enough to have to go a lottery office to collect. In Ohio any prize over $599 and less than $5000 can be collect at any authorized bank after the winning ticket is verified by a retailer and a claim form is completed.

NO. The lottery would take care of retailer commission. You don't need to worry about that. You would get 100% of the prize.

So far this year, I've only signed one ticket which had to be verified by a retailer and turned in at a local authorized bank for me to collect my prize money.

If all the retailer could give you was a hint from his sources, why would you think anyone could give you more? Some lottery websites have a special section for retailers that anyone can read, at least Ohio's does.

Michigan Won Card for lottery
My retailer showed me a book they got that explains the Discover Michigan Won debit card that will be used for the online play. I just skimmed it but it said all prizes under $600 will be deposited directly on the card.

You shouldn't have to be told if you checked you tickets before you left the retailer. The numbers on your tickets once you leave are yours regardless of what you intended to play.

Same here all I ever won you can cash at any retailer....but I am also hoping to make the 60 mile trek up to the headquarters and hopefully cash in on a big ole ticket....sadly it wasnt this last big one....oh well
