For me, it was $5000 (10 Pick-3 tickets of the same number). I realized that in order to win big, you must be willing to spend big on several sets of numbers as a combo. To achieve $100,000 on Pick-3, you would have to play the 3-way combo sets and spend $200 on the same set of numbers, like 001 thru 009. That would come out to $2K a day. But imagine if a person puts $1000 on one straight number set? That's $500K in the bank...

I think its all rigged. My state started computer draws a year or so ago. Every week they post who won. They call it this weeks winners. Apparently no one ever wins pick 4 anymore. And all the other games seem to go in rotation. One week 7-8 Keno winners prizes range around 10k. Then the next week it will be the computer horse racing game. I use 2-3 method to create a pool of numbers in the Pick 5 (Quito) games. From that pool of numbers, I select my numbers to play using due sums, repeat sums from MID that might return in the evening, or numbers near the hit sum or date sum. I will look to see what numbers were drawn in previous weeks of the prior year (s). For those who Play 5 (Quinto), what methods or systems do you use to select numbers to play?

I did some work with time series analysis in a recurring neural net with 2 and 3 layer long short term memory (LSTM) activation functions. It seemed like the daily games are exactly a time series analysis problem until you see how they actually work. They tend to use moving averages, so trying to get a pick from such a system resulted in unplayable numbers like 4.15. Not what I wanted to see after my Python code ran 250 epochs for 3 hours...

I do too. It takes me nearly an hour to come up with the best number as you mentioned lots and lots of trial and error. I found that keeping a notebook and your workouts in order will help you notice patterns and your able to pick a better number. I won all 3 games yesterday ( midday evening and night) still working on how to hit a straight tho! But overall my strategy works despite it having to take a while to produce a number it works!

Don't know if that theory of separate tickets holds water, but what is more important is getting tickets from different locations. The main servers download firmware to each terminal and when those terminals put a request in for a quick pick your numbers given are based on the algorithm assigned to that particular terminal. Picking the correct bonus ball in the powerball when you pick 13 numbers and include 2 or 3 so called sneaky picks is not impressive. Actually it's pretty pretty pretty bad (Larry David voice). Imagine you using half of the numbers in Georgia's state lotteries and matching 2 numbers. Similar to what your doing in the bonus powerball selections. It's not nearly good enough. You got a long way to go Stats. Quit being delusional.

If you have the GH software try the 9: Companion Number chart on the Pick-5 game with enough history even 5 numbers repeat. Florida had a 5/26 game that had multiple 5 number and many 4 number repeats, so many you could have kept winning just playing the previous winning combinations. Pick-3/4 repeat all the time, the trick is when? BobP
