Subscription- Which State?
thanks for the info on va.But is there anyway I can be anonymous if I buy a season ticket. You see, if I win the jackpot, they will have my details and would make it public. If I win, I have always hoped to go through a lawyer and create a trust for myself and remain anonymous. Is there any way I can create a trust before hand and fill in the season ticket forms with the trust name? Or do they require my personal name? thanksMP

Forming a Trust... any links to info?
Actually, the woman who won the $13.5 million powerball in Kentucky is anonymous. I thought Delaware was the only state in which someone could become anonymous without forming a trust, but apparantly, some states will make exceptions.

Worst things Lottery Officials have done to Lottery Winners? :/
A Couple won The Lottery and ACTUALLY tried to claim the Winnings through an Anonymous Trust which is allowed if you don't want to come forward in a forced Press Conference... The Lottery Officials KNEW they wanted to claim their Winnings through an Anonymous Trust, and STILL forced them to come forward in a forced Press Conference... So messed up... Their forced Press Conference was put on YouTube and YouTube Viewers were like, Why do these Lottery Winners look like depressed Zombies? They shou

Can I claim my Winnings in another State to stay Anonymous?
If I buy a winning Powerball ticket in one State. Can I go to another State to claim my Winnings in order to stay anonymous? I certainly wouldn't care about paying extra Taxes.

Looking for Anonymous / Investment Article
I read a great long article on Lottery Post a couple of months ago that talked about remaining anonymous and where to invest some of the money. I think the investments were in 4 different countries treasury bonds. I can't remember if it was a Lottery post member that wrote it. If anyone know what article I'm talking about please provide the link. Thanks.

State bills to allow anonymous winners
I just read an article dated March 2017 that a bill allowing anonymous winners passed a vote in the house (wv) and was being forwarded to the Senate. Anyone here from wv with more info. I also read Idaho killed such a bill. There should be a vote on a similar bill in Michigan to....they allow anonymity for mi games but not the multistage draw games....boo hoo!

Remaining anonymous
music*, Let's compare our non anonymous states to Australia. Anonymous and no taxes sure sounds a lot better to me. Winning a jackpot and remaining anonymous (if possible) sure beats '15 minutes of fame' and never another moment of peace.

Why it is important to remain anonymous...
I am a big fan of the powerball and megamilion lotteries and I love playing online since these lotteries are not available in my country. I have won only small prizes in the past but the day I win the jackpot I would prefer to remain anonymous to avoid unnecessary problems. Of course, my family, friends and lawyers would know but unknown to the world since I ve read news on lottery winners would ve gone broke few years later after big win due to bad planning. I would not like my private life to

Confused Signing Your Name on Powerball Ticket Yet You Can Be Anonymous By Forming a Trust?
Hopefully someone can help me on this matter as forming a Trust to Remain Anonymous to claim a Powerball Jackpot for which you should sign your name in the back of the ticket for protection seems a total contradiction in terms. I didn't find anything on the Internet that reconciled this. I live in California and if I ever won the Jackpot I sure as hell wouldn't want anyone to know if I've won. I read that you can form a trust and have your identity hidden. But how can your identity be hidden if
