Faulty ticket
Take it to another retailer -- one who knows how to operate a lottery machine.They can manually type the ticket barcode numbers into the machine and redeem the ticket that way.

Where can I find betting slip protectors?
Something funny about this area is that if you already have one of those protectors and you pull it out in front of the retailer, they seem to always want to give you more. This has happened to me several times.Just last week, at a gas station, the owner looked at the protector I had and said we have much better ones then that. He pulled out two to give to me. Self-Service Terminals
No, Definitely not. It's just like the self- serve cashiers we all see in the supermarkets and building supply stores . These self- serve machines cut down on JOBS for people. The retailers are paid a cent or so for every slip they run , once they install the machines it will cut into the profit of the small retailer. I am all for convenience and I don't like waiting in lines, however we are as a people becoming to automated, to our own detriment. These are jobs that teens and college students n
