Quote: Originally posted by Dream on February 15, 2006 I have been playing lottery since I was nine years, thats twenty years now. My father introduced me to the lottery. He is been playing it forever. My father tried many system, read many books on it all without luck. Trust me I have tried different systems, read many books and came to one conclusion. getting back to an old topic RNG controlled
Since Delaware started RNG drawings in 1994 or 1996, not sure exactly when now, I have requested a viewing of the process on at least 3 occasions. (That fact of when they started computer draws seems to have been eliminated from Goggle search, as trying to find any newspaper articles or any info at Delaware Lottery itself (their time line of events doesn't list it), can't be found. They seem to have managed to control any search regarding it.) On my first visit there, probably a couple of years

Correlation btwn Lotto Players and Gambling in General
In the casino business degenerate gambler is indeed the word used to describe some gamblers- a degenrate gambler is one who now only lives to make the next bet, all their interests have degenrated into no other interest than gambling. A degenerate is a gambler who has to be in action , that is has to have money riding on the outcome of an event, whether it be a hand of cards, roll of the dice, spin of the ropulette wheel, final score of a ball game, results of a horse race, etc...but they hav

new-found Lottery Enlightenment...
Congress bets it can grab power over gambling House wants to outlaw all attempts to place wagers over the Internet The House of Representatives voted 245 to 159 to pass the Internet Gambling Prohibition Act of 1999. Because of a rule requiring two-thirds approval, the measure didn't pass. Its sponsor, Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., plans to introduce it again when only a majority is needed for passage. If enacted, it would amend the federal criminal code to make it unlawful for any person engag

online poll....will H.R. 411 become law?
Three bills aiming to "prohibit" Internet gambling are now winding their way through Congress. Internet gambling is already prohibited, at least in most forms. The companies that operate casino, sports betting, and poker websites are all based offshore, and most of their executives risk arrest if they ever step foot on American soil. But web-based gambling is still a $12 billion industry. And so just as has happened every other time our government has attempted to ban vice (see illicit dr

Jackpot or 16 Again
Don't forget about the butterfly effect. You would probably be better off betting on sports if you went back in time.

Question on MM and PB winning tickets
Yes Thrifty..... Spare yourself the temptation and hang out in a sports bar and drink. You may well enjoy one that has off track betting so you can try your hand at the ponies and perhaps the dogs too.......

Curious about jackpot winners
I don't get the focus on which state wins. I could really care less where the winners came from unless I'm one of them. It's not like rooting for a sports team to win. It would be like betting on a horse since if the horse wins then you win.

New Twist-Old Game KY-xtra cash
CASH,That's true. Rendell is in favor of adding at least Slots to PA racetracks. He also favors Riverboat Gambling. Which in turn may cause DE to add Sportsbook betting and/or Sports Parlay Cards to the DE Lottery. (since they already offer Slots at their race tracks).Rendell will not only be great for the people of PA as a governor, he'll also be great for helping Lottery players and Gamblers.
