This "Mufti" is the head Holy Man of the Syrian "Religion of Peace" as the Democrats call them, giving the ok to rape female non-combatants.

He says this is their punishment for not reporting their husbands to the government.

Our head troll once told me that the "Religion of Peace" folks are good people, that we "just don't understand them."

And he's right, I don't understand raping women under any circumstance for any reason.
