15 minute cities and social credit scores will be how it is if EV's become the only vehicles for the public. Control where we can go. and what we can buy based on our score. As far as tracking us they already do it with GPS in our cars and through cell phones, and they know what we buy every day though our debit/credit card purchases. Big brother knows more than you can imagine about you and what you do on a daily basis.
