Today’s Quote
It's not the load that breaks you down, it's the way you carry it.

I got this e-mail awhile back from Jimmy, and thought I would share it with you:
You can all ways be lucky.
I told you about this a while back. Luck comes to anyone who will feed her I guess.
Moses Bittok became a U.S. citizen and a millionaire last week, all in one day.
Bittok, 40, a native of Kenya, came to the United States in 1989. He became a citizen Friday morning during a naturalization ceremony in Des Moines.
That night, he discovered he had won a $1.89 million jackpot in the multistate Hot Lotto game.
"I guess only in America," Bittok joked earlier this week at the Iowa Lottery headquarters. He was accompanied by his wife, Leonida, and their 4-year-old daughter, Mindy.
Bittok has been a correctional officer at the state women's prison in Mitchellville, Iowa, for 81/2 years.
He and his wife have opted to take the jackpot in annual payments of $75,600 for the next 25 years, $52,920 per year after taxes.
The couple said they have no special plans for spending the extra money, and Bittok said he would continue working full time. But they do plan to establish a college fund for their daughter.
"My daughter is No. 1. I don't want to squander this. I want to make sure ... that she goes to college," he said.

As I have always said, “If you don’t play, you won’t win.” And speaking of winning: No one with Jack Pot on Friday Night. Hence the Jack Pot went up!
$55 Million is the new Jack Pot. Cash Option for Tuesday October 17th, 2006 is $31,773,555.00.
This group has 57 Members, with 64 shares being sold.
Here is the breakdown. Remember this is an estimate only and it doesn’t not take into account any attorney fee’s, taxes, or tithes:
Shares Purchased | Amount that could be won |
.5 | $248,230.89 |
1 | $496,461.79 |
1.5 | $744,692.68 |
2 | $992,923.58 |
3 | $1,489,385.37 |
4 | $1,985,847.16 |
We did not walk away with nothing. The numbers in Friday’s Drawing were: 24, 27, 42, 47, 50 Mega Ball 08
We had 08 as a bonus ball, and the Megaplier was 2 (Sorry)
Matched | Prize | Date | Numbers Drawn (Mega Ball) |
0 of 5 + BB | $ 2 | 10/13/2006 | 24 - 27 - 42 - 47 - 50 (8) Megaplier 2X |
Two dollars twice two is $4.00. $4.00 means that I can get you two more numbers, Megaplied for Tuesday’s drawing. That means you will have 11 lines in your last drawing.
You have been playing since Tuesday, September 29th, 2006!

The Children of Israel
"Mr. Goldblatt," announced little Joey, "there's something I can't figure out."
"What's that, Joey?" asked Goldblatt.
"Well, according to the Bible, the Children of Israel crossed the Red Sea, right?"
"Right."
"And the Children of Israel beat up the Phillistines, right?"
"Er, right."
"And the Children of Israel built the Temple, right?"
"Again you're right."
"And the Children of Israel fought the Egyptians, and the Children of Israel fought the Romans, and the Children of Israel were always doing something important, right?"
"All that is right, too," agreed Goldblatt. "So what's your question?"
"What were all the grown-ups doing?"
And here is our last ticket (unless we win on Tuesday October 17th, 2006)
